The return of product

When you return your product, the transport costs will not be reimbursed to you. In addition, costs of 15% of the value of the product to be returned will be retained for handling costs of shipping. No return will be accepted if the packaging or the product is damaged or has been used.

Your shipment of packages

Packages are generally shipped within 5 to 7 days after receipt of payment and delivered without signature. If you want an additional discount with signature, an additional cost applies, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Delivery costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage fees. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of shipping. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and the shipping costs will be applicable to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
